
Scarpinòcc de Par
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
500g Scarponòcc de Par cheese
100g butter
Grated Grana Padano cheese
Sage to taste
METHOD:
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil, adding coarse salt to give the pasta the right amount of flavor. While the water is coming to a boil, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, allowing it to melt slowly.
Add the fresh sage leaves to the melted butter and sauté for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cook the Scarpinòcc in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Once drained, transfer the Scarpinòcc directly to the pan with the butter and sage and stir gently. Now it's time to serve: to complete the dish, sprinkle generously with grated cheese, which will melt together with the Scarpinòcc, creating a wonderful taste experience.
