Our history

The Ambrosini family started working in the food industry in the mid 1940s. Their passion for the Italian food excellence led the family to purchase Raviolificio Davena, which has been producing fresh filled pasta since the 1970s. In 2010, thanks to investments in new technologically advanced plants and the professional skills of the Management, the expansion phase began, still respecting the Italian artisan tradition of course.
