Directions
Pour the pasta into salted boiling water and cook over a low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and garnish with melted butter, sage and Grana Padano cheese.


Scarpinòcc de Par 
“Scarpinòcc” are a traditional speciality and symbolic of the culinary history of the village and inhabitants of Parre, a municipality in the upper Seriana Valley in the Bergamo province. Fresh pasta is filled with a mixture of lean ingredients, including a low-fat filling of Grana Padano cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, butter and spices. Our Scarpinòcc are certified by the “Bergamo Città dei Mille... Sapori” brand issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
